• Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change upon discovery of additional work required.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service agreement.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Charm City Electric is warranted against defects for a period of one year from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any parts or materials installed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Charm City Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
